JEWELLERY CARE & WARRANTY

Our jewelry is crafted by electroplating 18k/14k gold over durable stainless steel, high-quality brass, or 925 sterling silver. Metals like silver and gold are delicate, and despite our best efforts, they may fade due to oxidation.

Over time, jewelry can experience discoloration from various factors like moisture, chemicals, residues, cleaning frequency, storage conditions, and even skin pH. Due to the nature of gold-plating, extra care is essential.

We strongly recommend reading our jewelry care section when you purchase ToTwo item to help your pieces last.

Jewelry Care Guide

  • Store your jewelry in a secure pouch, box, or airtight container in a dry, humidity-free environment, away from direct sunlight and heat.
  • Regularly polish with a microfiber or jewelry polishing cloth to remove residues and brighten your pieces.
  • Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions, hand sanitizers, chlorine, and salt water.
  • Ensure your hands are clean and dry when handling gold-plated jewelry.
  • To keep the color pristine, remove jewelry before sleeping, bathing, or swimming.
  • Take special care of gemstones, as they may chip or dislodge if dropped or stored improperly.
  • Remove jewelry before intense activities to prevent chain breakage or gemstone loss.
  • Avoid impact with hard surfaces, including other jewelry, to prevent scratching, chipping, and chain breakage. Rings are especially prone to wear, so note that plating removal due to wear is not covered by our warranty.
  • If you experience skin irritation, apply a thin coat of clear nail polish over the jewelry to act as a barrier.

Skin Sensitivity

  • We cannot refund or exchange items due to skin sensitivity. Please check the materials before purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for metal or material sensitivities.
  • Issues such as plating fade are not considered faulty unless a widespread defect is found within a production batch. While plating is not permanent, proper care can extend its longevity.
  • Regular wear is not a manufacturing fault. If earrings do not close properly or feel loose over time, they are not considered defective. Follow the adjustment instructions, as stone loss or chipping due to mishandling is also not a manufacturing fault.
